Don’t be afraid to let AI help spring you forward

It's time to have an honest conversation about AI. This isn’t an anti-technology piece, though it’s important to note that cybercriminals are using robots to target more people with stronger, more believable BEC messages when it comes to wire fraud and other scams.

Instead, we’re focusing this piece on how our fellow real estate professionals can use ChatGPT, Claude or any other platform of choice to streamline tasks this spring and better position themselves to capture the momentum of the current market. After all, it’s homebuying season – and The Title Resource Network wants your business to stay hot well into the summer months.

Here are four ways you can put AI to work for you right now:

Harness AI for market analysis. By inputting data about current market conditions, recent sales and other relevant factors, your favorite AI platform can generate summaries, forecasts and more to keep you one step ahead.

Leverage AI for client communication. From drafting personalized follow-up emails to generating thoughtful responses to client inquiries, ChatGPT can help you find the right words whenever you need them. Just be sure to review what the robots generate to ensure the final product actually sounds like you.

Let AI help you sell through words and images. Do you struggle with listing descriptions? By providing key details and desired selling points, you can receive well-crafted descriptions that capture potential buyers' attention.

Use AI as a sounding board and editor. We know many of our real estate friends work independently often – even if you’re part of a larger team or brokerage. While human expertise is always preferred, AI can be a useful second pair of eyes when evaluating ideas, editing written copy, creating graphics or generating additional marketing ideas.

The entire world is using AI right now – and that’s perfectly fine. However, the new question to ask yourself is: Are you using the technology to its fullest capability? If the answer is no, it’s time to step up to the plate and stay ahead of the game.
